I just wanted to express our total and complete satisfaction with the delivery of our hot tub today. Rick our delivery man was exceptional. He was very courteous, respectful, kind and helpful. He clearly has a hard working, honest work ethic. He called us to set up delivery, called to confirm and even provided a third courteous call to say he was on his way. When he arrived he shook my hand, looked me in the eye and introduced himself. It was refreshing to meet someone with such personable and enjoyable values. He worked hard, went the extra mile, and did it all with a smile on his face. In today's workforce it is rare to come across such a hard working, kind man. You truly have a unique attribute working for you. Thank you very much Rick!

I wanted to reach out to you and let you know how impressed we were with your delivery supplier, Brewer Vanline Logistics. Unfortunately there was an error in delivering our hot tub, however, once we contacted Dan Brewer, he was terrific. They took full responsibility, was empathic and very quick to resolve the issue. Hot tubs are not cheap, and when you purchase one on-line sometimes the unknown is very scary. Though there was a hic-up, I appreciated how helpful Dan was to our family and was able to ensure a positive client experience. You made a good choice with Brewers to represent your company.

I would like to thank Rick, the delivery driver that delivered our hot tub yesterday. He was very professional and very helpful. My husband wasn't home during the delivery. Rick had to do a lot of backing up with his semi truck in order to load the tub onto a small trailer for me, (as I can not back up with a small trailer). He also helped me with the tie downs to strap the tub to our trailer. Without his help, I would have been lost. Please forward this thank you to him.
